Foundation :

Short bored  reamed ground piles or as per the design of structural consultants.

Super structure :

RCC framed structure with partition wall of brick work in cement.mortar as per latest B.I.S. specification.

Roof Slab : RCC Roofing Slab as per latest B.I.S. specification. 
Steel :

TATA/SAIL/TMT quality steel manufactured from INGOTS

Bricks Work :

Brick work shall be done with first class brick in cement mortar 1:4

Plastering :

All Brick wall surfaces and concrete surfaces plastered with cement mortar (1:5)

Flooring :

Modern ceramics vitrified tiles of suitable size and quality/ marble flooring of size 2’-2’ will be provided.

Electric Wiring :

Concealed PVC conduit wiring using copper conductor fire proof ISI mark (Anchor/ Standard). ISI mark (Anchor / Havells) and best quality electrical accessories shall be provided. The builders will not provide fans, bulbs, tubes etc. Fan, light points and switches to be placed at 1st party’s choice for their share of flats.           

Bath Room :

Bath Room floor shall be anti-skid ceramics tiles with  glazed floral design tiles (Jonson /Kajaria/ Orient) upto full hight shall be provided on walls of bath room. All sanitary ware shall be of CERA /PARRY WARE / HINDUSTAN / Jaguar make only.   

Interior Finish :

All Interior surfaces shall be provided with P.O.P. and one coat cement  primer painted.

Exterior Finish :

All exterior portion shall be painted with weather coat paints (Asian) except front portion which shall be provided with ACP (3mm thick)    gurind make

Door    :

Sallwood door frame, and ISI mark one side teak finished flush door shutters (Green / Century) shall be provided. All door fitting shall be of brass.

Window :

Fully glazed Aluminums  windows with protective steel grills.

Painting :

Door will be painted with synthetics enamel paint(Asian / Nerolac / Burger/ICICI make).

Lift :

Lift facility will be provided for 8 persons in the proposed complex and a separate 6- persons lift will be provided exclusively for land owner. The lift will be of Otis/ Orbis make. capacity will be provided.

Pump set :

Pumpset for drinking water shall be provided.

Kitchen :

RCC working platform with black granite top, steel sink of size 24’’x 18’’ x 9’’ of Indica make. First class glazed printed titles of branded make in dado upto 4’ height.

Pipe & Fitting :

G.I. Pipe of TATA make and G.I. fittings of Sun make or ISI mark. Taps, faucets and stop cock of ESSCO/MAKSO brand.
